St. John the Baptist offers Youth Groups for all young people in grades 5-12. The youth are invited to socialize with other people their age, learn more about their faith, and serve in their community. Regular meetings take place in the St. Maria Goretti Youth House (700 Frame Rd.)


Youth are divided into 3 age groups:

  • 5th/6th Grade - meet on Tuesday evenings, plus occasional special events
  • 7th/8th Grade - meet on Wednesday evenings, plus occasional special events
  • High School - meet on Sunday evenings, plus occasional special events

Two “approved” adult leaders or one approved leader and a parent or legal guardian of a participant, both of whom must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, are required for all parish/school sponsored youth activities These adults must pass a Background Check and complete annual Safe Environment Trainings.
